There are many types of fruits and vegetables that can be consumed for diet programs and contains a variety of vitamins nutrition and beneficial to the body which include the following apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, strawberries, melon, mango, kiwi, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, spinach , corn, asparagus, and so forth.

Do not forget to drink a lot of water or juice made from a variety of fruits and vegetables, and also do regular exercise because it will affect to the success of your diet program run faster and healthier.

By arranging a healthy diet regularly where you execute multiply plans that consume a diet of fruit and vegetables and drink water or juice, and exercise on a regular basis, then you’ll see outcomes where your body becomes slim, fresh and healthy
