By Spa guru | February 11, 2010
Do you have a problem with your left ear? Just take a few minutes to go through this article as it looks at some of the things that cause the ringing and what you can do about it.
There are many things that could be causing the ringing in your ear. This is a topic that I have addressed and talked on many times before. To make for easy reading and understanding I have put the causes in a list so that you can follow them without any problems.
You may find that the cause is as a result of one or more of these. Regardless of whatever is causing your problem you will be able to find remedies from any one of the following:
getting rid of ringing in ear, stop the buzzing in my ears, stop humming in ears
- You might be undergoing a period where your stress levels are high. This can be due to a passed or upcoming event. Stress normally causes some chemical imbalances, which have a direct effect on the fluids in your ears
- Being inactive or lacking exercise: Long periods of inactivity usually cause many problems in the body and one way these problems show up is through the ringing of the ears.
- Bad eating habits: Junk food and alcohol can be the reason why your ear sounds like a train or car motor. Reduce your alcohol intake and start eating healthy foods.
- Frequent or constant exposure to loud noises or sound: Some examples of loud sound that I can think of are music in a night club, a noisy working environment like a construction site just to name a few.
- Childhood Medical Problems: You might have had something things inserted into your ears during some medical examinations when you were young. This could possibly have affected the internal parts and could also be causing headaches and irritation. If this is the case chances are it’s only going to get worse hence the need to get it treated as soon as possible.
